When you are thinking about best education system in the world. Singapore is one of the main choice that have been proven by the general test OCED that are ranked 1 in 2016 with the following project but the tuition fees for the foreigner are three time more expensive than the Singaporean with that case some of the poor students but have high potential in the future may not be able to afford so, the idea is to build a campus that have only the foreigner students and independence which students here will not feet about the stressfulness and too much expectation because of living and learning on the islands which will have different views aspect from the city view will give more comfort and not face the messy environment in CBD with come to this example story of a kid from Myanmar

There is one guy who study in the local school in Myanmar, with the problem in family financial they can’t afford their kid to higher education in the other hand, this kid is gifted in educational way with the afford of getting grade A in every subject and the development are higher than the average kid in the country. When government knows the story, they come to support by giving the scholarship in the higher education (secondary school) when the time past, he knows that he like the landscape architecture, he wants to work with the environment and develop the landscape and vision of the homeland and local area that he was raise up. The potential that the government see in this kid, as the same time the ministry of education in Singapore announced about the “Pulau Sudong Outlander Campus” with the admission require so, the school are giving opportunity to let the student get the admission he have 2 months before the examination start, with the afford this kid be able to pass the admission to go to the campus they bring private plane to pick up the chosen one. He chose to study in landscape architecture for 5 years then he have to work for the Singapore Government for 7 years due to the duration that he study in the campus when he finished the contract he flew back to Myanmar and develop his country and his hometown.
