The project in this phase aims to research the selected artist and chosen architecture for illustrating an overall ideas and approaches.
Tame Impala is an Australian band which focus on the music in psychedelic rock style. The band is leaded by Kevin Parker who have had a talent in music since he was young. In order to get deep in them, we have to understand their background, taste, emotion, and style. Hence, the detail of researches can be depicted through the series of analysis on artists’ background, setlist and a song.

Together with case-study, Casa da Music is a great example for research architecture in type of concert hall. The dynamic spaces and volumes are merged each other with the main auditorium. It’s a good case-study to re-define a sense of connectivity in both of spatial and acoustic essence.
