In the spirited city, there’s a hidden world among most of them, the normal people who works from morning to night in the office, they are quite “ordinary”, start from having a bachelor degree from university then that get a job, works hard to collect money for living. Because everything in this country is expensive such as food, cloths and especially the flat which is public housing mostly because that’s the only option of dwelling they could afford. Therefore they don’t really think about having kids, actually kids are still born day by day but with a very low production of birth rate. And many important structure of the country would be effected due to the population crisis nowadays. When the number of baby born is so stable that is also predicted to keep declining in the future and even the government had tried to encourage people in many ways as the friendly campaign or the strict and literal rules of the illegibility for buying a flat. None of them can change that steady number.
When the government were trying to find solution, they came up with the imbecilic idea. Making public that Singapore will flash back when Singapore had the over population crisis and reinstate the policy of the Anti-Natalist phase in 1966 - 1982 and further more propose “no kids no problems” campaign which encourage Singaporean to be child-free couple. Due to global’s over population crisis, they told people to take a step back and persuade them how we are helping the world by having no kids. So, that’s what they tell “normal” people, the less educated, less degree, less energy, less possibility to produce a better mankind for the next generation as a result of their standard genes, not better that the others. Then they divide and choose the “superior” to be the parents of the better humans of the country in the future, in view of the fact that intelligence is heredity and they want their country to be the most developed with the power of intellectual.
These people are believed to be superior than others and they will have a privilege in many aspects of living, their houses is integrated within the office, they won’t use the same road or walking path as the one that normal use but they will walk on another layer above the ground and underground. The facilities form them and their children will be provided along the new route, camouflaged among the existed buildings in the city such as schools, hospital, malls , supermarket. These places will be provided for them to change all the tradition thoughts that you can’t work and raise kids in the same time. They would become working mom and working dad and have 5 kids. Living with privilege in the parallel world. When the world is running down, we make the best of what's still around. This double society world would later end as one. Not by the harmonised combination but the eugenically division.
