In the analysis of Bangok market, I noticed that a lot of products were made far away from the city, an that means we are losing a lot of space for the storage and also a big quantity of energy for the transportation. If we could produced all the agriculture work closer from the place items are sold, we wouldn't have all that loss. I think a massive aquaponics culture could work in Bangkok, from which the plants and fish are picked to be sold in the stalls, but also in the food court. The plants could also be used to manufacture some products : wicker baskets, aromatherapy. All those could be sold or deliver with one only staff.
