from the passion to fulfill our generation taste & lifestyle with high
quality material & minimal style. Because we think that when the fine
clothes started from the passion they tend to be fulfilled and more fascinated.
1. Finding materials
At first, our brand always concerns
about the clothes quality, so we have to find some good quality materials such
as cotton fabric and cotton. Moreover, we not only concern about the quality of
fabric but we also concern about the matching between the fabric and the design
pattern. So, we have to deal many fabric sellers from different whole sale
markets to choose which one is the best for my products. Fortunately, we can
find the best fabric from the seller in Pa-hu-rat market where many foreigners
from different countries came here to sell the fabric and most of the fabric
price in this market is quite inexpensive compare to all of the fabric markets
in Thailand.

2. Creating logo & label

Making logo is
quite complicated and delicate. So, we want to make a logo which matches with
our identity such as minimal & good quality & design. So, it’s come up
with logo front which is quite minimal & quite simple and easy to remember

Finding logo
making source, it’s very easy to find the logo production source and the
variety of the cost is very low. You can find many good logo producers in
Bangkok with reasonable price. (It will take time for 3-4 weeks)
3. Finding production man
Firstly,
we found out that there are few tailors who available for us in market, and
most of them didn’t promote themselves in tailor market. And most of them who
didn’t promote themselves are skillfully tailors. I don’t know why they don’t
want to have much more income from many customers. Luckily, we found one tailor
who can be available for us. Their production source is located in Rangsit,
Pathumtani. However, we have to suffer from the logistic cost which the shop
located far away from Bangkok.
First,
we have to deal with the tailors about my designs. Dealing the design and make
the design happened with the tailor is very delicate things and It’s quite hard
to understand by both sides.
Second,
we have to make the pattern for the clothing production. Making pattern is very
important because it will be a main part of the production. The pattern was
adjusted many times due to we want to create a perfect clothing.
Third,
creating the sample. Only one cloth will be produced to check the understand of the cloth detail between me & tailor.
If it doesn’t meet our needs, tailor have to create another sample again.
Forth,
If we satisfy about the latest
cutting from the tailor, we will start the real production while we have to
wait for at least 2 weeks.
4. Making a good packaging
First,
we choose to wrap up our clothes with a white translucent paper that will prevent our product from the
stain or dirty things and It makes our product looks good. After that we paste our
logo sticker on the white paper in order to hold the paper together to cover
our clothes.
Both
of Sticker & Paper seller are easy to find and most of them are usually
getting used to the technology. So, they will receive an order by using social
media or line to communicate with customers. And they will deliver the products
by using Thai-post or EMS.

5. Promote
We
use many ways to promote our brand and product such as creating Instagram,
Facebook, Official line ID or even using the influencers to promote our product
on their social medias. All of them have to work together in order to provide a
good information to the customer eyes.
6. Increase the sale channel, We use many website to sell our
product because It will create a sale channel and gives information to wider
target groups.
