From the
exploration of historical area, China town. There are many story be hide all of
the stuff. I start to research more about fabric because he fabric become an
important part in economic in Bangkok and I’m starting question why and how
this area become a center of fabric in Bangkok.
There are 3 main street start with Sampeng, Phahurat and The old siam. All of this 3 street are unique in itself. You’ll see there are a lot of stuff selling along the street and all of that stuff can reflex to the culture of people who living around that area. One of the important material is Fabric. Why this area look like a Fabric community and there are just only Indian people and now spread to Chinese and Thai. Focusing on the detail of fabric, this area you will see the process of material from raw material to be a product. In each group of people express the culture through fabric to make clothes in a different style. You can see from the traditional of each culture.
