Transient nature of food carts
Though majority may not take much notice to the existence of food carts, but I am particularly intrigued by the the temporal nature of them. Pertaining to the food industry within Bangkok Chinatown, the presence of food carts is what encompasses the vibrant character of this district. Embarking on the exploration of research on food carts, I intend to investigate other potentials as to which these food carts will continue to contribute to the vivacious nature of Chinatown.
